Sparks Spirit Hunters Visited Hill View Manor twice Several weeks apart. On our second visit Jon Moffett and Geoffrey Hauschild from The Vindicator joined our investigation for a short while to write a story about this interesting location.
Hill View Manor proved to be a very interesting place to investigate. Our personal experiences started as soon as we got there. Lead Investigator Jared Spotted a dark figure move past a first floor window before we even entered the building. As we were taking our walk through tour we kept seeing shadows dart from door to door. All night long we all heard screams and moans off in the darkness. This started even as we were first setting up our equipment.
We would like to thank Candy and Gary, our Hill View Manor guides. They were head and shoulders above what we have experienced from other locations! Any Ghost Hunter couldn't ask for more accommodating hosts. We had complete run of the whole place. Gary and Candy even joined us investigating a couple of times, as they are Ghost Hunters themselves. Candy has the location completely researched so any information that you could want on the history of the place is already available right there. All in all they made a good experience Great. Thanks!
Hill View Manor is a privately owned site. Please keep in mind that you need permission to be there. Trespassers are not welcome!

During our investigation we heard screams and moans all over the building. They were different voices depending on where we were in the building. Below is some of the screams that we captured with our 360 mic in the basement.
Our investigation led us to a nurse's station on the first floor in an area where the critical patients were kept. Jim found a log that had been left behind. He began to read the names of former patients asking for a response. An EVP was captured by Jared's camera. It simply says "no."
It's important for a good paranormal investigator to remember that there are more often than not normal explanations to the knocks and noises in the dark. Below is a video clip that shows just that. We had gathered in room 105, a room with many claims of activity. We all heard little noises in the room with us, but being in the dark, we couldn't see the culprit of these noises until we reviewed our evidence. We laughed when we saw this, you probably will to!
