Ohio State Reformatory - August 8 2010

On August 8 we spent the night in prison. No we weren't in trouble, we were just investigating at Ohio State Reformatory. This trip there was the quietest that I have ever seen this old prison. It didn't seem like many ghosts were active that night. However, we did capture several EVPs that you can listen to for yourself.

EVP - 1

In this video clip, Jared, Lisa and Gretchen are roaming around OSR together. They decided to sit down on the back side of the west cell block. Very soon after they sit down you can hear on the recording someone yell "Hello." They did not hear this with their ears. If you notice, no one responds back to this voice. I had a hard time believing that this was a legitimate EVP because it is very clear and very loud. However after reviewing other recordings and not finding this "Hello." Then checking with other investigators that were present, I have determined that this is a true EVP. It's only one word but it is probably the clearest one that I have come across so far. It can be heard at 12:35:44 am.

EVP - 2

This Evp was captured by Lisa. She was alone in one of the cells in solitary conducting an EVP session. She asks "I can give them a message for you? You can tell me." The response that she receives is "F*@# You." It is about 7 seconds in to the recording.
